Post #15- My Dream Movie

 Welcome back! 

Today we are going to take a break from recording and rough cuts. My media studies teacher Ms. Hall asked us a question today, If you had millions of dollars and major studio backing to make your movie a reality, who would your dream team be for a director and actors/actresses? My mind instantly imagined many things. Would I want a horror movie, or maybe a comedy movie, or what about a Action filmed movie? There are so many genres, and types of movies that can be produced. It all about the imagination. In this blog post I am going to talk about my dream movie.

My dream movie would revolve around a genre similar to the popular movie "Mean Girls." I love that movie, and making a similar/ updated one will be a dream! My movie would consist of a group of "popular" girl who are all about fashion, makeup, and gossip. These girls will experience many events throughout the movie, just like  the movie Mean Girls, but half way threw the movie it would transition to there life's a decade later. Are they all still friends? Have they changed? How does there life look like now? Are the type of questions that the audience will be thinking about throughout the movie . At the end of the film, it will show all the girls reunited. 

My budget for thus movie would be around 120 million. Yes, it is a lot of money, but the best equipment has to be used! My dream team would consist of young actors, a experienced Filmer, and a group full of kind people who love what they are doing, which in this case would be producing films. Would you watch this movie?

 Welcome back, It's finally time to gather groups and plan out our 2 minute film to produce as the year goes on for our end of year assignment. My group consists of members Emily Trejo, Obed Jaime , Kevin Hipolito, and myself, Kimberly Duron. I have worked with all of them in the past, and we have continued to improve in each film we make.   After months of working on this grand scheme, K.E.K.O. It was a long process, but we made a bunch of memories and had a great time! We did have multiple ups and downs along the process but we worked together as a team and made the best with what we had. Throughout the production process, our , editing, camera angles, details, and technical issues improved greatly. I was with our end results and I can speak for my group as well that we are all happy with the end product. If we could look back and change something throughout this process would be how we organized everything, and time management.
